Returns.
Periodicals allows customers to return full-priced merchandise for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days from the date of in-store purchase or mail delivery. If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for covering any return shipping fees. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
All products must be returned in their original unopened package with attached tags.
Please note that any sale merchandise or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received merchandise as a gift and wish to exchange it, please make sure to provide a gift receipt.
Upon receipt of a gift receipt, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
If you plan to return an item via shipping, please inform us at hello@periodicals.store.
Please be aware that lost return shipments are the responsibility of the sender.
